Aryan’s Green Machine Juice

Aryan’s Green Machine Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kale (fresh or packed) 
  • 1 green apple (cored)
  • 1 small cucumber 
  • 1 stalk celery
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ inch fresh ginger 
  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water
  • Ice (optional)


Instructions:

  • Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Chop everything into small chunks.
  • Add to blender with water or coconut water.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour through a fine mesh strainer (optional, for juice-like texture).
  • Serve cold — over ice if desired.

Carrot Apple Ginger Juice

Ingredients:


  • 2 large carrots (peeled)
  • 1 apple (any variety)
  • ½ inch fresh ginger
  • ½ lemon (juiced)
  • ½ cup cold water




Instructions:


  • Chop everything into small pieces.
  • Blend with water until smooth.
  • Strain if desired.
  • Serve cold with a slice of lemon.

Coconut Cucumber Juice

Watermelon Mint Hydration Juice

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup fresh coconut water (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup coconut meat (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1 medium cucumber (peeled and chopped)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 4–5 mint leaves (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)



Instructions:


  1. Add chopped cucumber, coconut water, coconut meat, lemon juice, and mint leaves to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.
  4. Serve chilled over ice.

Ingredients:


  • 1½ cups chopped seedless watermelon
  • 4–5 mint leaves
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Pinch of salt (optional)



Instructions:


  • Blend all ingredients until liquid.
  • Strain for a smoother juice.
  • Serve immediately over ice.

Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie

Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:


  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ banana
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder or Greek yogur


Instructions:


  • Blend all ingredients until creamy.
  • Add more milk to thin or ice to thicken.
  • Serve chilled with a few berries on top.
